We had a wonderful experience purchasing a plot near Ezhayiram Pannai through Nilam. From the very beginning, Brother Raveen was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. He guided us throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable and confident. The documentation, registration, and all the formalities were handled professionally and without any hassle. One thing that truly impressed us was that they even delivered our registered documents to our home, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely felt that Raveen treated us like family, and I consider him as my younger brother because of the genuine care and support he showed throughout the process. A big thank you to the entire Nilam team for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. I highly recommend Nilam to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate consultant. ~ vasantharaj 1

I was searching for land in Kovilpatti for 1.5 years, but nothing matched my budget. Most properties felt priced like metro-city rates. Then I came across Nilam’s reel and found a property that was perfect for me. Mr. Immanuel helped with the site visit, and Mr. Francis clearly explained the legal details and payment process. Since this was my first investment, I had many doubts and fears, but they guided me patiently and honestly. Finally, we proudly own 4 cents of land! ❤️ Thank you, Nilam, for making my first investment a smooth and confident experience. Highly recommended! ~ AR M
